Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to get a product made?

From us receiving your impression, it takes 4 weeks for us to complete your product and return it to you.

How will my order be delivered?

Our silver fingerprint products (with the exception of frames and albums) will be delivered by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery at a cost of £4.95. All of our photographic products and cast products are delivered by next day courier service at a cost of £7.95.

Will I get a good finger print from my baby?

Children’s fingerprints develop at different rates and it is hard to say from what age you will get a good print. The print depends on the size of the child’s finger and the level of detail and depth within the fingerprint. A baby’s fingerprint is not very well defined and it is therefore difficult to pick up a good print until it grows a little. You will tend to obtain a slightly smoother print from a baby than that of one which is a few months old.

Are the charms silver?

All of the charms we produce are made from 99.9% silver.

Is the jewellery silver?

All items of jewellery are sterling silver.

Can we have an additional fingerprint on the reverse of the charm?

Unfortunatly it is not possible to have an additional fingerprint on the reverse of a charm.

Is there an extra charge to have my charm engraved?

Absolutley not. Our prices include any engraving you require.

Will you be able to fit my child’s name on the charm?

Generally we are able to engrave most names on the charms. We try to accomodate longer names in the best way possible.
